Rebecca O’Sullivan (BPsych, GradDipFDRP, GradDipMgmt, DipYouthWk, DipCouns, CertIVTAE, Cert III IS) is an experienced Educator, Curriculum Developer, Counsellor, Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Child Consultant.
Rebecca has extensive experience over the past 20 years working in Education, Child Protection, Mental Health, Counselling, ‘at risk’ Youth Services and has written and managed many programs in service provision and for professionals working in these sectors.
With extensive professional and academic experience, Rebecca understands the complexities of family dynamics, developmental psychology, trauma, and attachment theory.
Drawing on psychological principles and regulatory requirements of the Mental Health, NDIS, and Child Protection Sector, Rebecca provides consultation to organisations on how to use accredited qualifications to upskill their staff to ensure ongoing best practice within their organisations and compliance with associated regulatory frameworks.
As the course coordinator of Education, Training, and Employment Australia, Rebecca is committed to training future professionals in the aforementioned fields and contributes to the shaping of policies and practices that will safeguard children and empower families through training and consultation provided through ETEA.
