We understand that there are various common barriers to securing employment – difficulty in accessing skills, training and education, lack of assistance in finding, securing and maintaining employment, lack of availability of jobs and a myriad of other things. The Employment Readiness Support Program aims to help overcome these barriers and assist students to secure employment in their chosen field following the completion of their qualification. Whether you are currently employed or not, this program may be beneficial to you.

Our educators and staff have extensive knowledge regarding the job opportunities available in your chosen sector, as well as the skills to help you prepare for employment.

Students will be sent a survey each term to help us gauge the support that is needed throughout the college.
